Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We hand package and ship every order personally so you can have your hatchback changing room as soon as possible- If you order on a weekday your order will usually ship the next day! You can typically expect to receive your shipment within 3-6 business days of ordering. You'll receive an email confirmation after you order is placed and then we'll send another once we've shipped it so you can track the status of your order and know when to expect it to arrive!

International orders can expect to receive their orders within two weeks or ordering. Car Cabana does not cover Duties & Taxes.

Returns:

We hope that you're 100% happy with your purchase, but if you're not then we want to make it easy for you to return your order! You're able to return your purchase (all pieces intact) within 45 days of the ship date- no questions asked and no restocking fees!

Just email deja@carcabana.shop with your order number to receive your return authorization. If your item is defective or was damaged during shipping we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, you will be responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item within 45 days of the ship date.

If your package was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can quickly resolve your issue!

If you want to cancel your order, please email deja@carcabana.shop as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately cancel your order and refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed the return.
